We pay the shipping on all US orders and charge a negotiated discounted flat rate for worldwide shipping.

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
💵 Are there any additional taxes or fees?
There are no fees from our end but if there are any required by law, any duties and sales taxes for all orders placed through our store will be calculated based on state, country and product and charged to you. You can rest assured that there will never be any surprise charges ever.

Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available as soon as it is generated, usually 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 business days after placing your order at support@this-n-that-store.com

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Any cancelation requests received past the 12 hour cut-off will be handled on a case by case basis.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have already been shipped.
